Install Stack128 Control Plane

Create the first Platform Owner. Client/sub-account runtimes are provisioned later from this Control Plane and cannot use this installer.

Fresh browser installation is reserved for the Stack128 Control Plane. Set STACK128_RUNTIME_ROLE=control_plane before opening the installer. Tenant runtimes must be provisioned by the Control Plane.

This should be the dedicated Stack128 Control Plane hostname, normally control.stack128.com.
Used for Control Plane certificate management.
